Magazine names Roy "Mr. Push-Up" after third record
(Muscle & Fitness Magazine) - "If you ever think nothing can be done in just one minute, remember Roy Berger. The Ottawa, Canada, native completed 138 push-ups in 60 seconds to set a new Guinness World Record. Berger's astonishing achievement--five push-ups better than Jack Zatorski's effort last year--works out to exactly 2.3 push-ups per second. (We couldn't do push-ups at that rate on our back!) Berger is basically Mr. Push-Up; he also holds the Guinness mark for most push-ups in an hour: 3,416."
Record 2 - "Roy The Canadian Shield Berger" sets record for 100 push-ups with feet at an 80 cm [2 ft 7 1/2 in] high table
